I am directed to inform you that the General Body Meeting held on
12-11-2009 unanimously resolved to hold the meetings to felicitate the retiring colleagues near E-Block Entrance during lunch hour on the day of retirements as usual.
It is, accordingly, requested that the necessary permission may please be given to this Association to hold the felicitation functions as resolved by the General Body.
